About the Award
The ILTA Influential Women in Legal Tech list recognizes outstanding women leaders in the field. Nominees from across the globe are evaluated on their mentorship history and level of impact on Legal Technology. ILTA is showcasing the awardee list this March during National Women’s History Month.
The awardee list acknowledges women technologists leading the way within law firms, corporate legal departments, and technology providers. Being selected illustrates that the individual is a dedicated professional in fostering change and female leadership (i.e. developing mentorship or leadership programs, making noteworthy contributions to the legal technology space, and/or championing innovative initiatives).
ILTA’s Women Who Lead mission is to empower women to advance to, and succeed in, technology leadership positions within law firms, corporate legal departments and technology providers serving the ILTA community. The Community is open to women and men who foster female leadership. Women Who Lead works to promote educational, networking and mentoring opportunities and encourage open, on-going discussion about topics affecting women in technology workplaces.
